I talked recently about the importance of mental strength. Whether you are a runner, bodybuilder or just avid gym goer at some point you are going to face a tough workout. Workouts that challenge you both mentally and physically. One of the most common questions I often get is how do you know the difference between needing to really cut a workout short or mentally being weak? It’s a great question and not the easiest to answer. We are all different and it really comes down to recognizing the signs that your body is giving you.
